02/25/10 Food log

Breakfast: 5 scrambled eggs, apple with almond butter
Lunch: salad with chicken, fruit, nuts
Snack: larabar, 15 macs
Dinner: chicken, avocado, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, 10 macs

Training: none went to bible study instead
