Food Log 03/17/10

Breakfast: 4 egg omelet with scallops, apple and AB
Lunch: Chicken, red pepper, apple, walnut, almonds
Snack: 2 eggs, apple with AB
Dinner: Tilapia, cucumber, avocado, cabbage with hot sauce

Training: none went to Dr Mike. Just got x-rays. Going back tomorrow for adjustment.
