Breakfast: 2 eggs, apple with AB
Lunch: salad with chicken
Dinner: snapper, 1 double yolked egg, mushrooms, asparagus, apple with AB

Training: speed squats 10x2 205 30 sec rest
press 5x5 115 felt weak
